I went to the National Arboretum, at Westonbirt, near Tetbury, in glorious Gloucestershire yesterday.
It's now £9 per person to get in.
The person I went with observed that £18 for the two of us to walk around a wood is a bit steep.
Despite the cost, the colours were amazing.
The brief spell of late September & early October sun has confused some of the trees, some of the plants were trying to flkower again, whilst thei leaves were turning yellows & reds..
