I have a new lens - the Sony 28-75mm f/2.8. It won best expert lens at TIPA 2010. Had great reviews and I needed to replace the 2 kit lenses that I had in this range.
It arrived on Saturday morning. Despite feeling slightly below par, I went out & grabbed some test shots. A perfect day. Great Spring sunshine, blue skies and very few clouds.
This photo is the result of taking 10 overlapping images of the old Severn Bridge, stitching them together, blending and then cropping.
I haven't forgotten about the promise of a detailed Venetian update, but thought that I should post this now.
