Parcel Force shame

I really can not understand why this building has become so derelict.

It has been empty for over 10yrs.

Prime location, next to Temple Meads station.

It would make an amazing head office for someone. Or could be turned into hot spot offices and studios, for people like me.

It could be used!

Instead it lies empty.

IF this still belongs to Parcel Force - then shame on them.

Not quite sure what can be done, but a newer photo would be a good start!
