Before going to Norway my only experiences with crab were what I had eaten elsewhere. I hadn't had king crab, nor had I ever seen one alive, up close.
They're fairly impressive creatures and surprisingly mobile on land.
However the best bit about them is their taste. All I got was white sweet crab meat. was killed, cooked and served with bread, lemon and garlic mayo. Delicious
Wondering where Skarsvåg is? It's the most northerly place I have every slept.
